Didn’t care for Sleepaway Camp when I watched it. I do, however, really enjoy Cabin in the Woods, and may have to re-re-watch it again.
Now I have to see Cabin the woods! You guys rock! Dave, finish the HH gun game!
I recall finding Sleepaway Camp to be boring (when I last saw it 10-ish years ago). But you guys seem to enjoy it enough that I’ll need to circle back.
As for Cabin in the Woods, I have difficulty understanding people who hate it–not liking is acceptable even if surprising to me, but “hating” is out of my understanding. I’m with you–this was such an unexpectedly fun movie (theater) experience and the government (?) technicians were so wonderfully congenial. I’d give it a 5!
It’s a modern classic, for sure!
Yeah. I saw it in high school in the 90s, then again maybe 10-15 years later as I was finding my footing in horror properly (but not appreciating classics so much at the time), and now I find myself loving classics I once found boring. Funny how that can go.
