Favorite Motorhead song? ORGASMATRON
Just saying out loud that you think of Night Ranger when you hear the name Motorhead should get your ears cut off.
Of the two, i’ve only seen Class of 1999. It didn’t start off that great, but I enjoyed the ending.
Wow. Big rating from you guys for Class of ’99. I probably haven’t seen it since the 90s (and I loved it at the time, but I was a teenager watching it with beer and friends giggling erratically), but your discussion (and mention of Stacy Keach’s white ponytail) leads me to think I’m due for a much needed rewatch. I think I have it on a 4-movie DVD pack.

Oh, man. I remember Hardware–bought it at flea market 10 or so years ago. I remember being largely underwhelmed despite really enjoying a few parts and appreciating the general future sci-horror vibe of it all. It just doesn’t work as such a chamber thriller… which makes me really connect with your comment comparing it to a short story or a stage play. On point.
